Room 1 - Double bed

Room #1: is on the first floor on the #38 side. It is in the back of the house, adjacent to the first floor bathroom and is a decent size.

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.

Room 2 - Queen bed

Room #2: is on the second floor on the #38 side. It is in the back of the house and is adjacent to the second floor bathroom. The room is a good size and has a small closet. There is a queen-sized bed and a desk with drawer and chair. 

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.

Room 3 - Double bed

Room #3: is on the second floor on the #38 side. It doesn’t have as much floor space, however there is a full-sized bed and a full closet. To save on space, this room has a standing laptop desk instead of a full-blown desk and chair.

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.

Room 4 - Single bed

Room #4: is on the second floor on the #38 side, and overlooks South Union Street. The room is tiny, with just enough room for a single bed and standing laptop desk.

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 1 person.

Room 5 - Queen bed

Room #5: is on the second floor on the #38 side. It is a good sized room with plenty of light thanks to the three windows overlooking South Union Street. The room has a queen-sized bed and full desk with drawer and chair. It also has a full closet with hangers.

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.

Room 6 - Double Bed

Room #6: is up on the third floor on the #38 side, in a cool little converted attic space. The ceiling is sloped in sections thanks to the pitched roof of the house. This room is on the smaller side, however there is a full-sized bed and a full desk with draw and chair. Please note that the third floor does not have a bathroom. Feel free to use the one on the first or second floors of course though!

Room 7 - Queen Bed

Room #7: is up on the third floor on the #38 side, in a converted attic space overlooking South Union Street. The room is large with a funky shape, and the ceiling is sloped in places thanks to the pitched roof of the building. There is a queen-sized bed, full desk with drawer and chair, and full closet with hangers. Please note that the third floor does not have a bathroom. Feel free to use the one on the first or second floors of course though!

Room 8 - Double Bed

Room #8: is on the first floor on the #36 side. It is in the back of the house, adjacent to the first floor bathroom. The room is a decent size, and has a double bed and a desk with drawer and chair.

Room 9 - Queen Bed

Room #9: is on the second floor on the #36 side. It is in the back of the house and is adjacent to the second floor bathroom. The room is a good size and has a small closet. There is a queen-sized bed and a desk with drawer and chair.  Please note: AC unit pictured is no longer there.

Room 10 - Double Bed

Room #10: is on the second floor on the #36 side. It doesn’t have as much floor space, however there is a full-sized bed, a nice sized closet, and a desk and chair. This room is on the side of the house with northern facing windows.

No smoking. No pets. No AC. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.

Room 11 - Queen Bed

Room #11: is on the second floor on the #36 side. It is a good sized room with plenty of light thanks to the three windows overlooking South Union Street. The room has a queen-sized bed and full desk with drawer and chair. It also has a full closet with hangers. Please note: AC unit pictured is no longer there.

Room 12 - Single bed

Room #12: is on the second floor on the #36 side and overlooks South Union Street. The room is small, with just enough room for a single bed and a small desk. Please note: AC unit pictured is no longer there.

Room 13 - Double Bed

Room #13: is up on the third floor on the #36 side, in a cool little converted attic space. The ceiling is sloped in sections thanks to the pitched roof of the house. This room is on the smaller side, however there is a full-sized bed and a full desk with draw and chair. Please note that the third floor does not have a bathroom. Feel free to use the one on the first or second floors of course though!
